Why is electric motor burned out?
- The wiring is wrong;
- Insulation is wet, aged or grounding;
- Supply voltage is not stable, it increases or decreases suddenly;

The reasons for abnormal drum noise
- The bots on drum body become loose.
- The clearance between drum body and flange plate is too large.
- Drum body has cracks.
- Welded drum body has opening welding.
- Fixed bolts become loose, this leads relative slip between drum and bushing.
- The weariness of clearance between bushing and main bearing is too serious.
- The clutch becomes loose.
Take a careful check and take measures to solve problems. For loose bolts, fix them immediately; if the noise is not loud, decrease the load properly; if the noise is serious, stop to repair the winch machine in time.
