How to solve the common problems of sailing winch?
First, the wire rope is not arranged in order. Principle axis is not horizontal. Too much wire rope rotates on the drum. Adjust the level of principle axis and reduce the width of rotation.
Second, brake device can’t release. There is no braking oil pressure or braking oil pressure is not enough. The braking seal ring is damaged. Check the hydraulic station, replace seal ring.
Braking or releasing action is slow. There is air in the hydraulic system. The valve core of hydraulic system is stuck. Brake shoe gap is too large, Viscosity of hydraulic oil doesn’t meet the standard, or the leakage is too much. The seal ring is damaged. Discharge the air in the brake device, check and clean the valve system, adjust the brake shoe gap, replace the hydraulic oil, check and repair hydraulic oil. Replace seal ring.
Brake device can’t break. Hydraulic station and oil station has problems. The brake device is damaged, the liner with drum is stuck. Check the hydraulic station and repair brake device.
Braking force is too weak, braking time is too long. The boat winch is over-speed, the brake shoe gap is too wide. There is oil dirt or other debris on the brake disc, all brake devices can’t work, spring group has problems, and seal ring is damaged. Check whether the load and speed meet the standards. Use the trichloroethylene to clean brake disc or replace brake shoe. Check hydraulic station, replace spring group, check and replace seal ring.
The weariness of brake shoe is not even. Brake device correcting is not even, swing of brake dis and tilting degree of principle axis are serious. Check whether the assembly meets the technic standards, check the tilting degree of principle axis and bearing gap.
