- Pay attention to bearing lubrication and bearing temperature. Temperature of sliding bearing can’t exceed 65 degree, temperature of rolling bearing can’t exceed 75 degree. Oil way is smooth. The oil is clean and bearing clearance meets standards.
- Check brake device. The brake is flexible and reliable, brake shoe doesn’t have crack. Brake wheel and brake shoe are clean.
- Drum and wire rope are in good condition and don’t have crack. The number of broken wire rope don’t exceed standards. Wire rope rotates on the drum evenly. Wire rope joints are smooth and don’t have knot.
