First, braking torque is not powerful. It includes three reasons. Brake shoe is wearied seriously, contact area can’t meet the standards. The pressure of brake spring is not enough, hamper weight is light. The winch is overload. Effective measures are as following, adjust clearance of brake shoe or replace wearied brake shoe. Adjust pressure of compression spring, increase weight of hammer. Load according to requirement.
