What are check standards of heavy duty electric winch?
First is fastening components. Thread connecting piece and locking piece are complete and reliable. Bolt head and nut don’t have shovel injury or deformation, threads don’t have arbitrary deduction. After nut is fastened, bolt and thread should show pitch for one to three nut. The standards of fastening components for the same part should be equal. For main connecting parts or nut that becomes loose easily, they should adopt anti-loose nut, spring pad and other anti-loose device. Bolt can’t be twisted.
Second is bearing. The bearing has good lubrication and flexible move, it doesn’t have oil leakage or abnormal sound. The temperature can’t exceed 65.
