How to lift anchor correctly?
First, turn off the clutch, and turn on the chain stopper, release brake device, start with low speed first, when ship starts moving, turns it to medium speed or high speed to tighten anchor chain. When anchor chain is vertical and tightened, use low speed to drag anchor away from bottom, then recover to use medium speed or high speed. When water mark of anchor rod appears, turns low speed immediately, and drag anchor into hawse pipe carefully.
Second, pay attention to Ammeter change when lifting anchor. For overload, driving ship to match with lifting anchor. If it still doesn’t work, stop operation immediately, check the reasons and take correct measures. Not forcing to heavy away anchor, avoid damaging anchor winch.
Third, when lifting anchor, professional operator is needed to operate anchor winch, observe the direction and force condition of anchor and anchor chain.
Fourth, after lifting anchor, close chain stopper, lock brake device and release clutch.

First, release clutch, open chain stopper, release brake device, and cast the anchor into water.
Second, when casting anchor, no person is limited to stand on chain flowing line.
Third, control sailing speed, judge the length of casting chain correctly and avoid that anchor chain releases too fast.
Fourth, after casting anchor chain, lock the brake device tightly, and close the chain stopper.
